  • As former director of compensation, HRIS and service center for WOLTERS KLUWER, during major corporate restructuring and consolidation of 42 individual companies, Laura centralized the compensation and HRIS functions while establishing an HR service center by developing service delivery protocols, building an HR portal and defining performance standards and measurements.

  • As senior manager of compensation at TAKEDA PHARMACEUTICALS NORTH AMERICA, INC., Laura established a world-class total compensation program that was regarded as competitive, connected to the culture/vision, consistent in application and understood by all managers and employees.

  • As manager of HR and compensation for ABBOTT LABORATORIES, Laura led the development of a five-year strategic HR plan to support corporate goals focusing on accountability, succession, people development, and long-term capability.

  • As compensation manager for AMERSHAM HOLDINGS, INC., Laura ensured competitive alignment through the design, administration and communication of a market-competitive compensation program.
