Our Approach

Working with Morgan HR Consulting, you define our focus.  We use a business coaching model that allows us to paint your vision and put life into your concepts. We believe in a blended team approach which involves working closely with the project sponsor and owner, and if possible, the program manager and participants.  We typically use a DCAT approach when working with our clients:

  • Design.  Assess the purpose--who, what and why--of the program elements
  • Communication.  Involve senior management, managers, and employees in the conversation
  • Administration.  Identify the decision process, approvals, and ongoing governance.
  • Technology.  Actively engage IT and HRIS in each phase of the process

The overall strategy takes into consideration internal influences (employee demographics, organizational culture and existing systems) and external influences (government, legislation, competition and economy) which help define the program’s mission.
